He has appeared in more than 100 different productions of over 35 leading roles including the title roles of Andrea Chenier, Werther, Don Carlo, Faust, L'Ormindo, and Les Contes d'Hoffman, as well as Canio (Pagliacci), Cavaradossi (Tosca), Manrico (Il Trovatore), Calaf (Turandot), Radames (Aida), Don Jose (Carmen), des Grieux (Manon) and (Manon Lescaut), Luigi (Il Tabarro), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Rodolfo (La Boheme), Ramerrez (La Fanciulla del West), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Turiddu (Cavalleria Rusticana), The Duke (Rigoletto), Edgardo (Lucia di Lammermoor), Gustavo (Un Ballo in maschera), MacDuff (MacBeth), Fenton (Falstaff), Eleazar (La Juive), Pollione (Norma), Ruggero (La Rondine), and Tonio (la Fille du Regiment). Mr. Slatton conducted his studies in music at Abilene Christian University, Louisiana State University, and Opera Music Theatre International. He made his debut with the Baton Rouge Opera in "La Cenerentola."
