Electronic Counter Measures is a project that revolves around spoken word, poetry and prose combined with electronics and musique concrete. ECM is not pop music! If that's your bag then this might not be for you, but you never know until you listen.
Some people who've listened to ECM find it disturbing and yet others find it soothing and restful.
