Bay Area collective Felonious seems intent on giving new meaning to the concept of 'multitasking.' They manage to maintain a bustling live show schedule, run a record label and theater company, and operate as an arts education resource. At the core is a talented live hip-hop band that pumps up crowds with upbeat organic instrumentation and dashing rhymes, the sort that lean in a politically conscious direction.

JAMES SHEPHERD AKA "SOULATI" (so-la-tee): Drummer, Emcee, Beatboxer, Dancer, Actor, Playwright. One of the original three "Felonious Punks". First influences were Sugarhill, Newcleus, Kraftwerk, Run D.M.C., Kurtis Blow and other hitters that introduced rap to my hood. I've been doing this for as long as I can remember and it ain't gonna quit. Bless.
KEITH PINTO AKA "A KID NAMED KEITH": Emcee, Keyboards, Actor, Dancer/Choreo- grapher. One of the original three "Felonious Punks", K.P. went on to tour the world as a dancer in the Broadway show "Fame". He returned to the Bay to rock the mic and keys with Felonious and perform in Beatbox: a Raparetta.
DYLAN MILLS AKA "ILLIN ILLS": Bass Guitar, Audio-production, Graffix. From The Stone to The Fillmore, he's been shaking the ground up and down the California coast for years and rockin' with the Felonious crew since '97.
