Editor's review

If one flute isn't whispery and ethereal enough for you, try two--or rather, throw a double echo effect over your already Pan-like runs. Worsley siphons new spirituality from the windiest of the woodwinds, exploiting the studio to evoke a thoroughly un-digital, organic sensibility.

Biography

Experimenting with a double echo effect on the flute, I came up with some interesting sounds that I would like to share with you. I hope my music can be transcending, meditative, or just relaxing in a peaceful, spiritual and harmonic way. I sincerely hope your listening experience is as pleasurable as the creation of the music was for me. My passion for the flute music stems from my experiences in the late 70's. I enjoyed playing my flute on the beaches of the Hawaiian Islands which gave my music a spiritual and meditative type sound. My tropical explorations culminated in a series of euphoric and inspirational intonations that evolved into the flute echos represented in this album. I hope you enjoy the experience of listening to this album, Have a good ear!! John Worsley.
