There's a new rumor spreading 'round that Texas town, but it's got nothing to do with Billy Gibbons or seedy shacks on the range. As the story goes, La Grange's young Miss Nolen is something of a country-pop sensation, sending country charm through diva pipes, and we're here to verify.
From the best little town in Texas comes the biggest voice in country music. Gabbie Nolen has gone from being a recognizable name on the Texas music scene to having her first national hit with the #1 single on the Billboard sales chart, "Almost There," in 2002.
As a young singer in a highly competitive field, Gabbie created an extensive resume of performances including such venues as singing the national anthem for several major-league sports teams, to opening for legendary country acts like Tracy Byrd, Ray Price, Sawyer Brown, The Bellamy Brothers, and many more.
