Biography

Vic was born in 1979 at Grady Memorial Hospital on June 10th. He grew up in Capitol Homes right in the heart of Zone 3. Viciou$ began listening to rap music when he was just nine years old and his sister gave him a tape of a group called N.W.A., but even before then he would hear guys driving around the neighborhood listening to Slick Rick, Too Short, Public Enemy,?LL Cool J, and 2 Live Crew. Viciou$ wrote his first rhyme entitled "My Shit is Legit" when he was just eleven years old. By the time Viciou$ was fourteen he was going?to studios?recording songs with his two cousins in a group called A.T.F.C. (A Touch From Christ).?When he was?sixteen Viciou$ decided to leave the group when he found out that the groups booking agent (his cousin/group member) was cashing in on the groups performances and not paying him. After that happened Viciou$ decided that he no longer wanted to pursue a career in hip hop. Three years later he met Tyrone Davis "Bear," an at that time?26-year old entrepreneur?who had formed a record label?called N.O.H. records. Vicious had a conversation with Tyrone about possibly doing an album and releasing it?on N.O.H. Vic and "Bear"?began working on "Can Ya Feel Me" Vic's solo underground debut album , but not at a pace that was satisfactory for Viciou$. So he decided not to sign with N.O.H. but to?open up his own recording studio instead "R" Recordings. Viciou$ started working on "Can Ya Feel Me" immediately. A few months into the "Can Ya Feel Me" project Tyrone Davis was murdered when some guys booked studio time and shot him three times in what was said to be a robbery attempt. Since Tyrone has moved on?Viciou$ is determined to live out Tyrone's dream of owning his own successful record label. As a result "R" Time Records was born. Tyrone brought Vic back to hip hop and for that Vic is forever grateful!!!
