Editor's review

Fans of Iron & Wine or Sun Kil Moon will feel instantly at home in the mellower side project from Racingpaperplanes' guy Richard Wilson. That these songs go deliberately unpolished doesn't stop them from taking on a deep patina, one founded in broken hearts and campfire guitars.

Biography

Sometimes I wanna do weirder stuff. Stuff that i feel don't fit with my other band Racingpaperplanes. Not necessarily worse. Just different. This is it. I am truly amazed about the response! Songs recorded at night, when the moon and the owls are your friends. A glass of wine, burning candles and incense, a song, a drone, a whisper. A transparent figure on the wall. This is a "band in the making" and will change, morph and progress as we go along. Richard Wilson is the main force behind this recording project but will collaborate with other people from time to time. To not have a manifesto shall be our manifesto. "Strange is our situation here upon earth. However, there's one thing that we do know. Man is here for the sake of other men, above all for those upon whose smile and well-being our own happiness depends. And also for the countless unknown souls with whose fate we are connected by a bond of sympathy." -- Albert Einstein
