Greg Levin

Greg Levin is a singer/songwriter based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He has been singing since he can remember, has been writing since his early teen years. He remembers his first inspiration, " It's kind of embarrising actually. I remember hearing about Debbie Gibson, and about how she was sixteen and writing her own songs, and I thought, well if she can do it, so can I! I even made a one track demo recording of synthesizer recordings and sent it to Atlantic records. Strange, I never heard back from them."

Upon moving out of the house, Greg turned to a guitar as his new instrument. "I didn't have enough room for all of the keyboards, and my mother had an old Spanish Acoustic guitar which she let me try. She showed me how to play an A chord, and then sent me on my way."

Greg continued to play and write for the next several years, but only for himself. After making some new friends, Greg decided to start taking his music a little more seriously, and start recording some of what he had written over the years.
