He has a B.S. in Music from the University of Colorado at Denver where he has also instructed guitar. He is also a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Denver Musicians Association and the Denver Wedding Professionals and the Funeral and Memorial Vendors Association of Colorado. Michael has been the representative guitarist for John Dewar?s Scotch Whisky White Label promotions for two years. He has composed two film scores and various commercial jingles. He has also released a solo guitar album called ?Fluorescent Orange Jam Sandwich,? which can be found in many music stores around Denver.? Shortly after the release of his album Michael was invited to perform a session in Colorado?s renowned KBCO Studio C. Michael currently performs at 250+ functions a year, including weddings, funerals, schools, retirement homes, parties, conventions, bars, and more. He also teaches private lessons to 40+ students a week.? The experience Michael has acquired makes him a very versatile musician who can custom tailor his performance to suit any function. Michael plays and teaches all styles, including pop, jazz, rock, blues, classical, traditional Irish, and new age. He specializes in finger-style, classical, and new age guitar.
