Harry Dee

I'm Harry Dee born in 1943 and raised in the Philadelphia area.

I've been out of the music scene for about 20 years but started playing again
about a year ago and it feels real good...

I was with a few bands back in the day starting with the Telstars our
first gig was playing at Vesuvo's Pizza in Marcus Hook Pa where we would play
for food. Then we went on the road and played all over the Midwest

We spray painted our hair silver and drew quite a crowd on Saturday afternoons
and at the end of the day we played for money at a bar across the street .
Some of the other band I played with are The Weeds we played
at the Second Fret and Second of Autumn these were hippie clubs down on
Samson St in Philly, Yum Yum at the Electric Factory in its heyday and a
place called the ZOO in Wildwood NJ and Baltimore MD a city we were thrown out
of because of a New Years party we had at the Down Towner hotel I
also played with Billy Harner we played all over Philly and all over New
Jersey.
