Editor's review

Kanagawa's Honeywar offers an eccentric mix of pop vocal balladry and traditional percussive elements that the group describes as “Japan-ethno-music.” Whatever you name it, you'd be hard pressed to find imitators. Honeywar's grand lyrical journeys and dramatic drumming form a sound that's at once traditional and wholly modern.

Biography

Honeywar sings 'Japan-Ethno-Music' , featuring characteristic Japanese-Drum-Rhythm. Being based on Japanese music, the songs are original and new.The name derives from 'Haniwa', Japanese ancient terracotta dolls, shown in the picture.
