Fans of the Cold War Kids' gutty hard rock or Black Mountain's sludgy psychedelia will find elements of both in the Hot Little Hands. "Dynamite in Black and White" is essentially a visceral, riff-powered disc, but one with an affinity for the dark side of the effects pedal.
If you're not going steady with anyone right now, maybe go steady with Hot Little Hands. Sure, they're just a bunch of hard working kids from the suburbs, but they love rock'n'roll and know how to have a good time. Just like you, right? Plus, they told a friend of mine they think your shoes are cool and also, the way you dance is awesome.
