Rolling thunder of the most gentle, meditative kind kicks off Insphire's music. The Capilla del Senor, Argentina, musician incorporates organic sounds, drifting flute lines, and impressionistic piano in his work.
Diego Massanti (or Insphire) was born in "Capilla del Se?or", a small city in Argentina .
When Diego was 5 years old his mother heard her son reproduce the melodies from television and radio on his toy piano. Recognizing his natural musical ability, she had him study the piano at the Williams' Conservatory.
When he was 8 years old his father gave him his first synthesizer, a small Yamaha PSS-680 FM synth. Diego started to play with this toy. He was too young to know anyone to guide his learning in electronic music, so he used that little keyboard as entertainment in his free time.
At the age of 9, Diego's life changed forever. Suddenly and tragically, his mother died of a very rare form of cancer. He spent many hours alone, just with his music. No friends, No games. He threw himself into his music and study.
By the time he was 10, he started composing Classical music for competitions and events and received awards and media exposure for his music and performance.
At the age of 13, Diego got his first computer with some sequencing software (Evolution midi). His direction started to become more clear.
Diego says: "Now I had the ability to record multiple tracks and that was incredible. At this point I started to compose some strange things that I could not put inside some musical style and spent many hours investigating midi, sampling, etc."
At the age of 17, he received his most important recognition so far. In the final concert of his last year studying piano, he won the gold medal for his interpretation of Mozart and Chopin.
Diego Massanti is now a 24 year old musician who is currently working with important tv channels, making soundtracks for documentaries, commercials, movies, etc....
Also, he released 2 cd's at the digital world with some #1 songs in several charts and lots of listeners all around the globe.
