Arty and eclectic Bay Area band the Invisibles shrieks '80s post-punk revival. At the same time, though, the music has enough sprinkles of jangly synthesized strings and processed house beats to offset the repetitive structure that typically both fuels and limits alternative dance ensembles. The Invisibles are making a name for themselves as the up-and-coming navigators of electro.
