Biography

Born and raised in Los Angeles, now a 10 year San Francisco resident. Jay has been involved in music since he was 9 years old. He was previously signed to Formula One Music Group in 1992, the starting point of such bands as Berlin, Anything Box and Red Flag.

He received his associate in Recording Engineering at SoundMaster in North Hollywood. And he is now persuing a digital producer certification.

Though now based in most all the electronic genres he also crosses over in the realms of jazz, orchestration, world and adult alternative for film scoring similar to the stylings of Danny Elfman. Also, hybrids of the above with heavy influences from Everything But The Girl and Zero 7.

Up and coming CD releases include Guilty Pleasures and My Private Temple now in production at his home studio in San Francisco.
