The country-pop songman recently stopped by to talk and play a few songs, a casual sort of drop-in that seems just right for his style. If Conor Oberst is pierced with angst and Ryan Adams a tough one to believe in, Rouse is an amiable old friend whose acoustic can only be called "trusty."
Biography
Seventies rock-inspired ladies' man Josh Rouse found a few minutes out of his busy tour schedule to stop by Studio C. He treated us to solo acoustic versions of "Hollywood Bass Player" and "Sweetie" from his latest album, Country Mouse City House.
