Konrad projects...present and past (and future)... In October 2006 Konrad collaborated with Swansea, Wales United Kingdom artist Thomas Jerome Newton on a remix of "kites". This remix will be released on March 6th 2007 on the compilation album "Hello Future?" on radical turf records Konrad's recent collaborative, full-length project, "Struggle in the Hive" was released in Spring 2006 on Future Appletree/Radical Turf and features a 16 song LP release with "The Multiple Cat" veteran B. Patric Stolley (The Marlboro Chorus). 2006 has also seen the release of an exclusive Konrad track on "Deep Elm Records: "This is Indie Rock vol. 3", as well as a guest appearance on "Chrash-Audio Feng Shui" on Future Appletree Records. In 2004 Konrad toured various festivals as a guitar player with "The Marlboro Chorus" and has just recently lent his organ playing to a new track on the forthcoming "Marlboro Chorus-American Dreamers" LP. 2004 witnessed the launch of Radical Turf Records, an indie-electronic label Konrad founded with the purpose of releasing various underground American electronic artists as well as some veterans of the European electro-acoustic scene. To date, Radical Turf has released 2 compilation albums which have featured over 21 artists from Illinois, Iowa, North Carolina, Tennessee and Krefeld Germany. A third comp is forthcoming in early 2007. All Radical Turf music is available worldwide on iTunes, CD Baby and various record stores. In 2000, Konrad released a full-length album of experimental electronic music under the moniker "Robot USA", an electronic full length album that was released on Tennessee-based Diskatopia Records. Konrad performs live with various instrumentation ranging from solo-acoustic, electronic-backed, to full-band.
