Influenced by the vocal style of Billie Holiday, Sarah Vaughan, Dinah Washington, and Ester Phillips, is evident in the vocal styling of Lady Misty. Blessed with an emotional voice, Lady Misty began singing at an early age in the church choir at the tender age of six. Her sultry and swinging voice is sweet and warm.
