Editor's review

This South African piano-based pop duo combines the painful wisdom of Tori Amos with an endearing lo-fi feel. Nicole M. and Mary H. may not have been formally trained, but in this case that's for the better; there's not an ounce of guile in the pair's touching, tender tunes.

Biography

Lethal Acid is a recently formed band by two fourteen year olds. They are not expressly a 'band', but two artists performing piano ballads.

The Members

Nicole M. Nicole is one of the vocals and lyricists. She has not received any formal vocal training.

Mary H.

Mary is one of the vocals and lyricists. She also, um, 'masters' the tracks and plays the piano. She has not received any formal vocal training.

How Lethal Acid came to be

To make a short story even shorter, Nicole was at Mary's house when they both became extremely bored. Both sharing a passion for singing and songwriting, they eventually started on their first project, a collection of tracks entirely produced by themselves.

Note: The music has not been engineered, produced or synthesized, simply because L.A. cannot afford it.
