Editor's review

Whether they're afraid of being overshadowed or just don't like to get down, many R&B crooners studiously avoid throwing hard dance beats into their mixes. This Baltimore vocalist has no such qualms, and he shouldn't: Lucky's cool tenor combines a balladeer's sweetness with serious punch, holding its own alongside deep club rhythms.

Biography

R&B singer Lil Lucky, drops smooth vocals over tight beats. This self taught; singer & song writer's album debut, "Born 2 Sing", gives listeners sexy ballads as well as club bangers. His single "Best Friend" had radio stations & clubs in Baltimore, Mayland?& Washington DC on fire. His latest single "Ain't Gotta Lie" is a smooth R&B jewel about couples?keeping it real in?their relationships.

Born and raised in Randalstown, Maryland (10 miles outside of Baltimore) Lil Lucky got his start singing at local talent shows. His hard work and unmistakable talent soon rought him in touch with Baltimore producer Diamond K. Lil Lucky released a series of Baltimore club records with Diamond K's imprint High Rolla Records; which are included on "Born 2 Sing"

Lil Lucky's stage show always has the ladies going crazy, and he has opened for Kanye West, Young Gunz, Dru Hill, Usher and more. R&B has not been this hot in some time!
