Marilyn feels that her gift is to write and perform music that will inspire young people to stand up and celebrate their life in Christ, and to share His love with the world around them. Marilyn boldly proclaims that Christ "is my hope, my Vision, my reason to live. He has and is completely changing me." Marilyn is a performer that grabs her audience's attention from the first note. With her own unconventional blend of Pop, R&B and Hip Hop, which she classifies as "Urban Pop," Marilyn through the power of the Holy Spirit breaks down walls, touches hearts, and leaves Teen's wanting to know more about Jesus Christ. At the young age of 12, Marilyn is a seasoned performer and an anointed singer whose dynamic vocal ability and humble spirit has made an impressive impact on her audiences. Although Marilyn's first live performance was at age 7, she has been lifting her voice in song since the age of 3. Marilyn attends Body of Christ Assembly, where Bishop Eric K. Clark is Senior Pastor, and sings forth praises every Sunday as part of their awesome adult Praise & Worship Team. Marilyn is an straight "A" student and a member of the Honor Roll in the Maple Heights school district, and has participated in the gifted and talented programs since first grade. Based in Maple Heights, OH, Marilyn has made a name for herself by performing in a variety of churches, conferences, events and concerts all over the northeast region.
