Michael McGrath and Alana Pierini

The song writer duo of McGrath and Pierini are having fun blending the Irish and Italian culture in the far north of Ontario, Canada. They do so in the midst of the Pink Store in Iroquois, Falls Ontario.

Their popular tune - Bassano del Grappa - is based on a wonderful and lively little Inn called Il Magicorto in the city of Bassano del Grappa in northern Italy. This is a fun song dedicated to Lorenzo, Elena, Camilla and Giacomo. This song was created in the spirit of friendship, lots of fun, good food and warm hearts. Percussion and digital recording of the song was provided by Lee Holms, of the Hurtin Blues Band.
