Canadian producer, arranger, and instrumentalist Murray Pollard crafts pop songs built to last: lovely, understated guitar instrumentals and adult-contemporary pop gems. He can create an elegant nugget of a number that glows and glimmers from its superb writing, tasteful arrangements, and top-notch vocal work.
Biography
I write and produce for various local and national TV/Radio programs, along with recording and producing other artists. I've been on Life TV Network, CITY TV, CKVR, Much Music, Much More Music, Prime Television, CBC radio, Global TV, written up in The Toronto Sun, The Toronto Star, The Mississauga News, Brampton Guardian, The Record, Eye, Now Magazine, etc.... That being said, the Internet has broadened my exposure through being written up in on-line magazines, such as broadwaystars.com and sources such as canadanewswire.com. My music styles are very diverse. I had 5 Canadian #1's on mp3.com, which was the predecessor to this site; one reaced #9 in the world.
