Biography

Niche was formed in 1999. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Initially, we played self-penned heavy alternative with a bit of punk rock. Niche soon moved on to quieter grounds with the latest ep on which only acoustic guitars, bass and drums were used to create a brand new soundscape, minimalist and sparse at times and bright and multi-layed at others.
