Where The Fading Blue Of The Past Meets The Shining Azure Of The Present

Reviewer: Erburitt

Friends, READ THE BIOGRAPHY and go buy all of the records labeled "Old Crow Medicine Show".

That's all we need to do.

If you love A M E R I C A you can't pass them by...No second thought allowed.

I don't know right now if I'll keep on searching for other tunes or just spend another hour listening to those ones which got me writing these few words.

Simply said: Lady New and Mr. Old got married and the baby is as cute as can be.

He'll be the one who'll carry his treasured tradition on to all newcomers and whoever you may be you'll be proud to tell them you were there when he was born.

Enjoy!

putting the folk back into country

i don't like country, buti like these guys. i've heard them a few times on prarie home companion (npr). i get the impression that they have worked hard to perfect their sound. "wagon wheel" is perhaps the best song i've heard, although "c c rider" was the hook for me. i've detested that song since the '50's, but their renditon is fresh. it took me a moment to realize what they were playing.

Extreme Pleasure to the Listener's Ears

Reviewer: Yamharobed

I found these guys on BEBO today, and after listening to Wagon Wheel twice, I found myself singing along with them on the second run through. I described them to my son as a cross between a local NZ band "The Warratahs and well known Eric Clapton" Perfect Music to my ears. Thanks!

I love Old Crow Medicine Show they are my favorite of all time! There music reminds me of a simplier time when you sat on a rocking chair on your front porch, when you drank Coke from a glass bottle. They make me feel very happy and when I hear them i can't help but smile. Thank You Old Crow Medicine Show!
