It?s the familiar story of a little girl; holding her ?hairbrush? microphone; singing and dancing along to her favorite music in front of the mirror. All of this, in hopes that someday a famous record producer would just happen to be passing by the window and she would immediately be whisked off to the nearest studio, to cut her first Grammy winning song.
Well, years passed and Pauline eventually grew up. She realized that unfortunately the scenarios of ?record producers hiding out in your backyard, waiting to discover you? don?t happen, especially in this day and age. But, Pauline?s dream of making music never faded. She knew that if she wanted to follow her dreams of being in the business of music, she would have to go out and make it happen on her own. So, she grabbed up her guitar and headed down the musical road?where you will find her traveling today.
To be continued?

Pauline is relatively ?new? to the business of music. She began writing and performing music on a semi-professional basis, as a solo act and with various bands and musicians in the latter part of 2003. Over the past 5 years, Pauline has learned much about DIY (doing-it-yourself) in the music business. Her music has been well received and she has found success with her music locally, as well via the internet and various indie music sites.
Late in 2005, Pauline entered her song; ?Rainbow Caf?? into the Music BC (MAP Program) for which she won ?3 days? of studio time at The Factory Studios in Vancouver, BC.
Pauline was very fortunate to be able to hire and work with some of Canada?s music "best" on her recent CD project. They include:
Engineers: John Maclean and Sheldon Zaharko of The Factory Studios.
Drums: Pat Steward (The New Odds, Bryan Adams, Matt Good...).
Guitars: Shaun Verreault (solo performer, Wide Mouth Mason).
Bass: Doug Elliot (The New Odds).
Keyboards: Tyson Naylor.
Pauline?s ?self-titled and self produced" debut EP was officially released June 12, 2008 and is available for purchase through CD Baby and Itunes.
