Biography

I bought my first guitar at 17 and taught myself by ear listening and playing along with all my favourite artists.Early infuences were Angus Young,Jeff Beck,Rhandy Rhoads,Gary Moore then Vai, Satriani and a lot of the shredders throughout the late 80s early 90s as i developed some technique.

I was introduced to Stevie Ray Vaughan in 1989 and since then i have focused more on blues and the expressive format of playing it offers.I also now play a Fender Strat through a Princeton with only a JD crybaby as an effect instead of my old Ibanez RG560 which i used earlier on heavily drenched in DSP effects.

I like to listen to all kinds of music but blues is where i feel most comfortable when it comes to the guitar and i hope to put together a cd of original blues guitar music in the near future.
