Jon Baker starting music as a rap musician during his freshman year of high school. Then, in the next two years, he hit the studio with Carlos Jiminez, a Spanish-speaking guy from Ecuador, and their band, Psyco Ward. Carlos went back to where he came from when Jon Baker was a senior in high school, so he started the band THE F*** JUNKIES with Joel Thomson, recording such tunes as "My Girlfriend's Butthole" and "House Party." Joel moved to Las Vegas back in '04, so Jon Baker started up Psyco Ward again, this time, by himself. Things were going pretty slow until Jon Baker went to college, and discovered an abandoned professional recording studio in the music building. Teaming up with Bert Martin, Infinite Daze, Dove Rainbow, the campus safety officers and more, Jon Baker quickly put out his first new album of the next era, ROCKIN AT ACI. He learned how to operate the studio and even helps other artists run it to this day. Popular songs from ROCKIN AT ACI (2006)include "Let's Take 'X'" and "Sunday." Jon Baker's most recent activities include working on his next album, METHAMPHETAMENE, and teaming up with lead guitarrist, Bert Martin (who has opened for such bands as Wheatus), and possibly Infinite Daze (a rap artist well-known in the Boise area).
