Almost two decades on, the "powers that be" still need fighting, and, lucky for us, Chuck D hasn't put down his bullhorn. Collab "Rebirth of a Nation" sees D, Dead Prez, Kam, and Paris run the trademark punchy poli-rap rhymes over a late-funk tapestry that's newly rich and balanced.
