pubside down

The name pubside down indicates pretty much where we get our inspiration from. In fact most of the tunes we are currently playing, were originally performed or invented in Irish pubs. By using different grooves and combining Irish-folkmusic with other styles such as reaggae, rock or even heavy metal were literally turning the traditional way of playing irish-folk upside down. In addition to that, we also write our own songs, which are usually built around a piece of a traditional irishtune. The best way to enjoy the music of pubside down is definitely visiting a live show. The energetic sound will make it nearly impossible for every person attending the show to stand quite. By the time you finished your first pint, your legs will start moving automatically, and theres no way to refuse.
