In the four years since Revmatic formed, they have molded themselves into an extremely fierce band incorporating elements of Hard Rock, Alternative and Punk‚ with melodic vocals, a thunderous snare drum and guitars that are defined yet recklessly loud. This is a band that will survive and thrive no matter what obstacles they face. Fans and press received Revmatic's first release, "Two Feet Away," with unadulterated elation, and the band proceeded to play to spread their message.
Revmatic is so much more than a band. They are a force to be reckoned with. Formed in 2000, Revmatic was manifested by three close friends, N. Yetter (vocals/guitar), R. Berry (guitar) and K. Daigle (bass) who had been playing in bands together for close to six years. R. Baker (drums)completed the final line-up in August 2001. With their take on hard rock, they are a ferocious monster, beating you with a mess of high-end-heavy crunch, grind and utter grunge that blasts right through you. Revmatic has a thunderous sound that brings to mind bands like Foo Fighters, Veruca Salt, Offspring, Weezer and Guns N Roses mixed with hard breakdowns and old school thunder. They are a colossal wall of sound that is superior.
Revmatic's respectful yet working class approach has set them in motion to dominate the hardrock scene and set new benchmarks for years to come. You can expect this course of action to culminate when they release their second album debut in Summer 2004. They will be pounding the pavement throughout 2004-2005 in support of the new album.
