"Liquid funk" drum n' bass has been big for a while now, what with the influx of Hospital Records artists like High Contrast and Logistics. And while that smooth, old-school house sound behind driving DNB beats is still sure fire, deeper drum n' bass is on the upswing. Romantech might be one of a few to really bring that to the forefront (Rorshak's another)--a good thing, since his stuff keeps the romanticized synth lines without the sometimes cheesy diva vocals. If you like Calibre or Alix Perez, you're sure to dig this.
