Scott Allison Weaver

Scott Weaver was born in Oak Cliff section of Dallas,Texas in the mid 50s. ?After a stint as lead guitarist for the Amazing Blues Kings in New Orleans, in 1999 he was transferred?to Dubai, U.A.E., where "How Long" was recorded. As of Summer 2005, he is back home in Big D. His style might be classed as "Texas Blues" with a spiritual side - the goal being to continue in the spirit of Blind Willie Johnson (but musically closer to SRV and Albert King). ?He would appreciate hearing any comments (favorable or not) at bluesstrat@hotmail.com.? He also would love to jam with folks in the Dallas area with similar interests. His son, Eric, is continuing the musical tradition working as lead guitarist for the Wind-Up Records band "12 Stones".
