Editor's review

From the technocracy of Tokyo rises an ambient project of vast proportion. Skybase Beyonder articulates his message in broadcasts of pure atmospheric streams, connecting amorphous cascades of synthetic radiance and smooth wind-tunnel textures. Immense yet gentle, each track is a cerebral journey into inner space.

Biography

2003 With only software synthesis, I began making strange sounds, at first I was only thinking of making trance, which this dream turned into a whole variety of strange music. Meanwhile, I was writing a few stories which seemed to have given me this odd feel to music creation. Creating music wasn't supposed to be extremely easy, but after screwing up with synthesizers that were lying around in my house, I got the hang of it. 2004 Live music brought by Dj Skybase, yeah me. I also bought Reason 2.5, which added a bunch of new styles. First it was trance... then I went to new age, drum n bass, random noise, and ultimately I ended up lost. Now I have no clue to what I'm going to make next. Classical, piano solo, noise, experimental you name it. Its all up here in this unimited universe. To all: My name is Skybase because I'm just too shy to give my name out. I could have made it "Kyle" but that sounded pretty bad for me, yeah I guess Skybase fits me the best.
