Combining Commodore 64-like electronic blips with longer, sustained ambiance, Snapp wanders through varying electronic styles like an email forwarded around an office. From downtempo breaks and minimalist echoes to faster techno, Snapp covers a lot of ground with a finely constructed electronic sound.
Phil Snapp started playing percussion when he was 10 years old. He has played in Jazz ensembles, symphonic, concert and marching bands. Snapp is also a session drummer for bands across Virginia. At age 20 he started producing electronic music as a hobby; Now 23, his hobby has transformed into a passion. Snapp has always had an analytical mind. Having studied psychology at VCU and keeping an open mind to all that exists. His electronic music is said to evoke deep thought and emotions. A big thanks to CNET
