The Sorcerer
Walking the tightrope between Neu! style melodic simplicity and the dancey playfulness of Disco, The Sorcerer taps into a highly melodic sound that is mind stimulating and a pleasure to listen to. He brings together terrific live musicianship with loosely programmed beats and sounds.
Among the many influences: Brian Eno Apollo, Morgan Geist's Unclassics Disco Mix, Michael Rother's Sterntaler, old school dub productions, classic New Order, early Kraftwerk, the Modernist, Tortoise, and David Bowie's Low.
