Mark Kozelek's decision to change his band name in 2003 has paid off (literally and figuratively). Sun Kil Moon's new masterpiece April is an epic record that clocks in at 74 minutes (some songs are 9 minutes plus). The acoustic layers and hauntingly intimate vocals are so fresh and so clean.

Biography
Mark Kozelek has recorded six albums with Red House Painters, three solo albums, and three with Sun Kil Moon. His most recent release, April, will be released through his own label, Caldo Verde on April 1, 2008.
