Biography
Formed in the fall of 2002, the Debutantes are "a jangled, feedback-scarred indierock outfit with a knack for outbreaks of My Bloody Valentine distortion, and they're gifted with the kind of spartan, knockout rhythm section that's been de rigueur since the Strokes hit." (Boston Phoenix) Their first full length release 'Late Night Shutdown' is available at the band's site and at amazon.com along with MP3's and show information. The band is currently playing shows all over the northeast and are planning a U.S. tour for the summer of 2005.
