Biography

We are 4 guys from Gran Canaria in Spain who have been playing together as The Red Marks since 1996. We live for our music and all our material is our own original work. We've strived to put our personality and style into our music with the hope that our listeners will enjoy our efforts.

We've taken part in various gigs and festivals around Spain. Some of the highlights have been sharing the?lineup with Mick Taylor of the Stones and another time with?legendary blues artist John Mayall. We?played at the Madrid ImaginaRock music festival in 1999. We spent 2 years in Barcelona playing at all the main venues in Barcelona and Madrid.

We're currently based in the canaries, our home territory, and are considering visiting London and other parts of Europe to promote our work.

We believe in maintaining the essence of original classic rock and blues styles and our music has?with a strong 70s flavour. Our influences include Jimmy Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Cream, Otis Redding, John Lee Hooker, James Brown, and more.
