Editor's review

Richmond, VA, is widely known for its indie, roots, and college rock, but talented up-and-coming knob-twiddler The Thevenin Impedence is making a case for electronica. With a wide, dynamic range of influences--everything from ambient to happy hard core--The Thevenin Impedence adds subtle, well-placed video-game bleeps and occasional cello, resulting in an accomplished sound full of melody and intricacies.

Biography

Im addicted to video game music and I love musical instruments from all around the world. With a 6-year commitment to the cello, a few years of self-taught piano and a side order of harmonica, my crazy melodies come through.

Currently engineering in Richmond, I dabble with electronica on the side. The videogame influence is definitely evident, but I like to mix it up so it s not too overbearing. I love to do this stuff, and I hope someone out there enjoys my weird style. Visit again soon, for I will be adding new tracks to the list often. Thanks for stopping by!
