Thrill Element

Thrill Element is a major side project of Michael Lee Thomas and Darksilver Records America. The project was developed to feature material composed with a more Ambient/New Age style. The cuts were recorded in the same studio as Michael's other CDs, but reveal a more ethereal feel. The project was conceived in 1999 while Michael Lee was on hiatus from previous production. Although a rhythmic presence is still reflected, the tonal colors and soundscapes are complex in a more eclectic way. All of the Thrill Element recordings will be released on Darksilver Records America and unique visual arts through Darksilver Filmworks. Although a side effort, Michael Lee intends to pursue Thrill Element with full force and vigor. There are currently four CDs available. 'Navadeen Protocol' (2000), 'Surreal Dream'(2001), 'Chasing Light'(2003) and 'Time Climate'(2003). A fifth CD, 'Living Shadows' is scheduled for a Fall 2005 release. Thrill Element has established itself as a viable and successful project. Songs and CDs from Thrill Element have been recognized and recieved worldwide by fans and critics alike in a very positive light.
