The fact that Germans know their dance music is illustrated hundreds of times over by their wide array of irreplaceable players in the global techno game. Munich's own Tomcraft is one of them--having been part of a duo with oft-sought remixer Eniac before they parted ways in 2003. Since then, Tomcraft has cranked out three albums--the latest being HyperSexyConscious, which adopts aspects of crunchy German electro and smooth, pop-savvy French house.
Tomcrafts worldwide DJ gigs have taken him around the globe so often, that (only in year 2004) he has played gigs in more than 37 countries! The name Tomcraft has become a brand in the worldwide dance and electronic scene in the past years. With the release of tomcrafts 3rd album "HyperSexyConscious", this outstanding artist continues his straight way of producing.
After 2 releases with Michael Meinl, Tomcraft and Eniac discovered their musical common ground and teamed up to become one of the most respected and best selling producer teams of dance music. Their success peaked with a UK # 1 single in 2003: "Loneliness".
Until Tomcraft & Eniac split up end of 2003 their producer work covers not less than 2 albums, 24 vinyl-releases, 8 sales chart hits (some of them even in the top 10 or top 20 positions!), countless remixes for the likes of Depeche Mode, Pet Shop Boys, Dave Gahan, Dandy Warhols, Sonique, Simple Minds and many more. They achieved 3 German Dance Awards and several other awards.

This time not produced in Berlin (like the 2 first albums) but in his home town Munich, in his own studio the “craftraum”, creating sounds, cutting beats, writing vocals, checking out highheads, looping bassdrums together with his new production partner Tai Jason. The only travelling included trips to Frankfurt and Stuttgart. In Frankfurt, Tomcraft worked together with Rolf “Jam El Mar” Ellmer, the “Jam” half of Jam & Spoon. 3 tracks came out of this trip: the first single “Electronic Toys”, “Roots” and “Dirty Sanchez”.
In Stuttgart he worked with Felix Gauder on the single “pornographic memory“. For the female vocal parts Tomcraft got Dacia Bridges and Stephenie Coker behind the mic - the male rap parts and vocals on the beautiful Quelle heure est-il?“ and the Smasher Sureshot were performed by his producing partner and Great Stuff Homie Tai Patient.
