Do not attempt to adjust your computer, as it's the sound of Tallahassee's Tron that's creating the gurgling, roiling concoction of riffs, rhythm, and noise. Fans of the Butthole Surfers may recognize a similar sensation of being torn apart while at the same time compacted into a vacuum. To Tron, nausea and pleasure are interchangeable.
Biography
Tron is a three-piece Acid Metal/Stoner Rock orchestra boasting the indelible John McNeece on tri-amplified, quasi-effected guitar (very, very loud), the frothing quasi-coherent Christian Fabian (see The Exploding Madonna) on a crappy microphone, and the grand old duke of pork, Sim Dekle III whacking the drum-thingies real hard.
Tron puts a hell of a lot of effort into producing highly-intense, mind-blasting, vintage-sounding hard rock/stoner metal etc..... Their live show is very exciting and may leave you injured or soaked with somebody else's sweat. It is a loud, hairy and often naked kind of experience. McNeece's three Matamp rig will blow you away, literally.
Really folks, this band just plainly rocks and will excite even the prepubertal and the unborn. Beware of cheap imitations, this is the real ****. Look out for the "Tron Bloody Tron" CD available soon on 12th Records.
