The band began in 1995 as a group of friends from the Experimental Music Program at the University of Vermont and ended 3 years later after many good times in what can be politely described as a "messy divorce". Few saw it coming, even the band members.
The band consisted of Iain Mac Harg on Highland bagpipes, flute and penny whistle, Ellery Klein on fiddle, Aron Garceau on guitar and vocals, Eric Garland on Bass and Sam Hooker on drums.
In their last year, the band was playing every weekend at festivals and highland games throughout the East coast culminating with the Celtic Classic in Bethlehem, PA and the New Hampshire Highland Games in Lincoln, NH. Since departing ways, the band members have all gone in very different directions. Aron Garceau and Iain Mac Harg continue to play Celtic-Rock in their band Prydein, Ellery Klein has gone on in a more traditional style with her band Gaelic Storm, Sam Hooker has gone on to be successful in the world of computers and Eric is working his business savvy in our nation's capital.
This page is here because the band mutually decided that it would no longer make or sell CDs to the world. It's a shame to let the music die that meant so much and made so many happy so here it is. Happy downloading.
